For example, EAT provides the necessary nutrients and energy for the body to MOVE, allowing us to engage in physical activity and maintain muscle and bone health. SLEEP is crucial for recovery and restoration after physical activity, as well as for regulating hunger hormones and promoting weight management. MIND is connected to both EAT and MOVE, as the foods we eat and the exercise we engage in can impact our mental health and cognitive function.

DETOX is linked to all pillars, as exposure to toxins can affect our health and wellness in various ways, from hormonal imbalances to chronic disease. Eating a nutrient-dense diet and engaging in regular physical activity can support the body's natural detoxification processes.
